We have all seen the demo. A CTO sits in a board room while an AI coding assistant builds a beautiful React component in seconds. It has clean hooks and perfect styling. The room is impressed. But then the real work starts. The developer asks that same AI to integrate a legacy billing system or explain a deprecated internal API. Suddenly the magic disappears. Do not try to document every single thing at once. Focus on the twenty percent of knowledge that answers eighty percent of the daily confusion. The biggest hurdle is often cultural.
